Service Description
During this service, hands are sanitized, old polish is removed and new polish is applied. Includes mild cuticle grooming with buffing, trimming and shaping of the nail to ensure uniformity and optimal appearance. MODERATE TO EXTENSIVE TRIMMING, SHAPING AND OTHER ADDITIONAL SERVICES WILL REQUIRE AN UPGRADE. ADD ON SERVICES ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF TIMING DOES NOT PERMIT.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and sometimes your loved one may not be having a good day. While we offer flexibility for unforeseen situations such as ill clients and hospitalizations, we ask that you kindly cancel or reschedule within 24 hours. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will incur a 50% non-refundable and non creditable service charge and must be paid prior to booking future services. After 2 cancellations within a 12 month period, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit that will go toward your scheduled service.
